March is National Nutrition Month.  Good nutrition is crucial for sleep and getting a good night’s sleep will help us achieve good nutrition. In fact, lack of sleep has been shown to negatively influence our eating habits.  Studies have shown that sleep-deprived people tended to consume more calories and eat more junk food than well rested individuals

A comprehensive paper on recommendations for dietary guidelines can be found here at http://health.gov/dietaryguidelines/2015/.   Good nutrition is essential for good health.  Ideally, we should get all our vitamins and minerals from the food we eat, but that is often easier said than done.

One of the fundamental values of Sleep Squares is that it provides vitamins and minerals that our bodies need for good nutrition and for sleep.  Calcium, magnesium, zinc, plus B-Complex and C, and D are all included in low levels to help supplement our diets and insure proper sleep.  Sleep Squares are also sugar-free and contain only 15 calories per serving.
